Green Earth Insurance Solutions founder is Richard Swoy, he is a 35 year insurance professional with a wide range of experience in the industry. Richard started his career as an Insurance Broker for Frank B. Hall specializing in transportation.  He then started his own Insurance Agency with the Farmers Insurance Group and quickly became one of the leading Property and Casualty Insurance Agents for Farmers in Southern California.Richard saw a need for Farmers Insurance Agents and Independent Agents to meet the varied insurance requirements of their clients.  Therefore in 1995 Richard founded Superior Access  Insurance Services that quickly became the largest Wholesale Brokerage in California with over 4,500 producers.  In 2005 Richard sold Superior Access to spend more time with his family.
